Work descriptionPerform operator training, primarily for Komatsu harvesters but also on Komatsu forwarders. Help setting off machines to be delivered to customers. Assist our Service department to give technical support. You will be the key person to trim machines to get the highest efficiency out of them. You will also train operators how to perform logging efficiently. The job will also involve a certain degree of field engineering. The work requires travelling. The market is UK, mainly Scotland/England/Wales. If you are interested, we may also provide opportunities for future shorter international training missions.
Work experienceThe work requires long experience operating a harvester. Other brands of harvesters may also be accepted. The person should also have knowledge of the hydraulics and control system functionality of a harvester, how it is trimmed, and general Forest Machine maintenance. Any general engineering skills is an advantage. Driving license is required. Read and Write the English language is required.
Personal qualitiesYou will handle customer relations. Your abilities to create and maintain good relations with customers and operators is of highest importance. So are also group cooperation skills since you will work in a small and closely working team. The work, which involves travelling and adaption to customer working hours, requires someone who is flexible and who can adapt well to the customer requirements.
